หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบ
• To ensure Transport Safety standards and Polices are adhered to at all times.
• Contributes to the site achieving key KPIs around Safety, Service, Operational and Cost.
• MUST ensure loads are dispatched in line with transportation plan
• MUST ensure 100% of loads are dispatched on-time
• MUST ensure 100% compliance for vehicles on dock on-time.
• Liaise with subcontractor in reviewing the operational report to identify and plan for any issues that may affect the deliveries arriving at stores on time
• Ensure all transport operations team members receive their daily reports and attend the handover meetings at the start of each shift
• Work with the Warehouse Team members to ensure all deliveries to the Distribution Centre and stores are received, unloaded and checked accurately
• Manage and coordinate the transport operations and Warehouse Team Managers to ensure the departure schedule is maintained
• Ensure safe and legal operations on own shift
• To supervise, lead and control team for daily operations of transport functions e.g. prepare and plan route schedule delivery, time data records, check and load dispatching goods, reconcile goods in containers and vehicles, handle goods to recipient in polite manner etc. and control that all activities are on schedule rely to planning and customers’ requirement. Products handling must be reconciled in its specific requirements.
• Closely monitor on vehicles utilization make sure that all team members maintain vehicles, and also plan and manage sub-contractor to economize the transportation cost.
• Supervise, lead the team, handle vehicles & products with care, prevent any kind of accident occurring at any time especially during delivery time. Ensure that drivers are performing in accordance to Traffic and Safety regulations.
• To plan and implement Kaizen activity in working area
คุณสมบัติ
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management, Transport Management, or any related fields.
• Knowledge of transportation operating methods and equipment requirements.
• Knowledge of overall supply chain with focus on store operations and transport industry.
• Customer service experience and skills.
• Fair background comprising of on the job training, work experience, administrative systems and specific skills development within a retail environment.
• Staff management experience including negotiation and communication skills.
• Able to communicate on both spoken and written English.
